Refund policy

At Fllae, each garment is crafted with lots of love and attention to detail. Hence, we have a strict no-refund policy upon product sale. Each garment before shipping undergoes multiple quality checks. However, if you find any sizing issues we facilitate size exchanges (we recommend you to please go through our size chart to avoid any issues) and incase of any imperfections or damage we shall replace the product for you once our assessment is done.

HOW TO PROCESS EXCHANGE OR RETURNS:
- Simply reach out to us within 5 days of product delivery via WhatsApp on +917207045599, with the order details and description of the issue with images.
- Our team will evaluate the issue and respond within 1-2 working days, guiding you through the process.
 - Once the return/exchange request is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our fllae workshop .
- While shipping back products, please mention your order number along with your name and address for easy indentification.
- We only provide store credit & monetary refunds will not be provided .
- All products must be unused and shipped back in the same condition it was received in.
- Products with sign of wear and tear cant be considered for exchange or returns .

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS 
Any customised order will be considered as final purchase and no exchange, return or refund shall be provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders outside India.
